Private Events & Exclusive Access in France
The experiences worth crossing an ocean for are rarely the ones with a ticket page. They are arranged — by someone who knows the curator, the winemaker, the maître d’, or the person who controls the box seats.
This is the part of the work that cannot be systematised, and it is the reason clients come back.
What we arrange
- After-hours and private access — museums and monuments opened outside public hours, guided by a curator rather than shuffled past in a queue.
- Wine and gastronomy — private tastings with winemakers in Provence, cellar visits, and kitchen-side dinners with the chef.
- Occasions — proposals, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and family celebrations, planned in detail and rehearsed where it matters.
- Seasonal events — Christmas in Paris, the Alpine season openings, and summer festivals across Provence.
- Private performance — musicians, chefs and guides brought to a villa, chalet or private dining room.
How it works
Tell us the occasion and roughly what it should feel like — celebratory, quiet, impressive, private. We come back with two or three options at different levels of ambition and cost, with what each one actually involves. Nothing is confirmed until you have chosen.
What we will tell you honestly
Some things genuinely cannot be arranged, and some are not worth what they cost. If you ask for something that will disappoint you, we will say so and propose the better version. That is more useful than a yes to everything.
Frequently asked questions
How much notice do exclusive experiences need?
Private access to major institutions typically needs four to eight weeks. Vineyard visits and private dining are usually far quicker. Seasonal events should be raised as early as you can.
Can you arrange a proposal?
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we receive from American clients. Location, timing, photography, flowers and the dinner afterwards are all part of the same arrangement.
Do you arrange events for groups or companies?
Yes — private dinners, incentive trips and corporate gatherings, across the same regions we cover for private clients.
